Code of Conduct

The Madudu Foundation has a Code of Conduct that sets the framework for how we act. These apply to all employees and those involved in projects. The code of conduct can be viewed here.

Non Discrimination Policy

The Madudu Foundation does not and will not discriminate on any ground such as race, color, religion, philosophy of life, gender, gender identity and/or expression, age, national origin/ancestry, nationality/citizenship, disability, marital status, family status, sexual orientation or political affiliation, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, selection of volunteers and participants in the talent program, hiring and firing of freelancers and staff, and provision of services. The Madudu Foundation is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, talents and clients. Complaints about discrimination can be sent to the email address:
complaints@madudufoundation.org

Complaints Procedure and Regulations

The Madudu Foundation would like to be informed if donors, project employees, beneficiaries or other relations are dissatisfied with its working methods, activities and/or positions. We have therefore drawn up a clear, accessible and respectful complaints procedure. The purpose of this complaints procedure is to correct any mistake or error, but also to adjust our procedures if necessary and (thereby) improve our future working methods. Click here for our complaints procedure and Regulations.

Reporting Integrity Violations

The Madudu Foundation attaches great importance to integrity. Although we trust that employees and volunteers act with integrity, we would like to be informed in the event that we do not adhere to our own standards. We can act on this through notifications.

Therefore, reports of integrity violations by employees, volunteers or other representatives of the Madudu Foundation can be made by sending an email to: integrity@madudufoundation.org
